This year’s theme is YouthXcelerate: Strengthening the Future Project Managers. We continue focusing on youth – helping fresh graduates to gain career building skills, and young professionals accelerate their professional development. Project management skills help to apply the right techniques at the right time to deliver winning results and turn ideas into reality.
As the global economy becomes more project-oriented, the demand for project managers increases. According to PMI's 2021 Talent Gap report the global economy will need 25 million new project professionals by 2030 to fill crucial roles across industries. Skillful project managers are also in higher demand in Mongolia, especially with the introduction of Mongolia’s “New Revival Policy” aimed at overcoming obstacles that limit the country’s development.
At this year’s conference, more than 500 participants will get together to discuss trending topics, including Artificial intelligence /AI/ in project management, data analytics, agile transformation change etc.
