Dulguun Baatarkhuu

Mr. Dulguun Baatarkhuu is a Partner/Co-Founder of the Shackleton Group LLC, Higher Careers and Director of Volunteering of the PMI Mongolia Chapter (since 2020).

With his expertise and commitment to the industry, Dulguun has successfully led recruitment and training businesses to become an industry leader in executive search and talent management. His strategic vision has resulted in a 50% annual growth rate, and he has helped hundreds of clients and candidates to fulfill their recruitment needs. Mr. Dulguun graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Business Studies from the Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK in 2011. Additionally, Dulguun has completed an executive program at UC Berkeley and a Business Coaching Diploma by ICF.
